The Challenge

Legal research in Hong Kong traditionally requires manually searching through databases like HKLII, reading through dozens of judgments, and cross-referencing case law — a process that takes hours per query. Lawyers needed a way to get cited legal analysis in minutes, not hours.

What We Built

An AI research assistant that mimics how a lawyer actually works. Type a legal question in plain English or Chinese, and the system automatically generates search queries in both languages, searches 1.3 million document vectors, reads the full text of the most relevant court judgments, and synthesises a cited legal analysis — all in under a minute.

The Challenge

A Hong Kong personal injury law firm needed to capture leads outside office hours. Potential clients search for legal help at night and on weekends, but the firm couldn't afford 24/7 staff. They needed an AI assistant that could speak Cantonese, understand legal situations, and convert visitors into consultations.

What We Built

A Cantonese-speaking AI legal chatbot. Users describe their situation — assault charges, traffic accidents, work injuries — and the AI asks smart follow-up questions to understand the case. After 3+ exchanges, it offers a free consultation and captures the lead. The system auto-generates an AI case summary and emails it to the lawyer with the full conversation transcript.

The Challenge

A Hong Kong law firm managing 900+ active personal injury cases was drowning in manual work. Paralegals spent 15–20 minutes per letter copying client details from case files into Word templates. Case progress was tracked in the managing partner's head. There was no way to answer simple questions like “Which cases have overdue tasks?” without opening dozens of folders.

What We Built

A two-part AI platform: a desktop app (Electron) connected to the firm's network drive for file indexing and document analysis, plus a web app (Next.js) for case tracking, letter generation, and team dashboards. Both share a single database, so changes sync instantly between the office and anywhere online.

The Challenge

AM730 publishes dozens of news articles daily and needs to distribute them across Facebook (240K followers), Instagram, and Threads — each platform requiring different formats, tones, and cover images. The social media team was spending hours manually crafting posts, designing images, and scheduling content.

What We Built

An all-in-one AI content platform with 11 tools. Paste a news URL and the AI generates platform-specific posts for Facebook, Instagram, and Threads in parallel — matching AM730's actual writing voice (learned from analysing 20 scraped posts per channel). The platform includes a full image editor, video editor for Reels, calendar scheduler, proofreader for Traditional Chinese, and real-time news monitoring.
